Problem: I need to combine portions of pdf documents not the whole page.
When I try to cut and Paste the font, paragraph, and box size change within
acrobat prof 8.1 or if I am pasting from a word or text file into a pdf.
By box size change I mean if there is too much text the text is cut off
and does not flow over to the next page.

Question: I do not need to cut and paste a whole page. Nor do I need
to change a small portion of text with the touch up tool. Is there
something I am missing or do I need to look at inDesign to edit a pdf
like a word processing document?

Justifiication: Before I deploy a system or start troubleshooting I do research.
I frequently find parts of the answer in several places. For instance, I
may find an article on one subject that mentions a new subject or concept
that I am not familar with. So I go to the vendor's documentation in PDF or html
and find that I need to cut portions of the document and paste them in to the
document that I am using to collect research. When I copy selection into
an existing document, acrobat adds the pages after the last page. I would like to append the
new text to the last page of the research document and not after the last
page.
